-Duplicate items can be refunded. Send a notecard of the transaction history with your name to Shiloh Fouroux.

-Items are NO TRANSFER. You can purchase an item as gift through the vendors script (left click on the vendor and select the gift option). You can also decide to purchase a gift card and give it to the person you want; gift cards are available in every department of Miamai Mainstore. Another option is to buy as gift from the Marketplace (link is in the top menu)

-For any items purchased that were not delivered, please send a NOTECARD to Mavi Beck with the transaction history information included.

– Double Purchase can be refunded. Send a Notecard to Shiloh Fouroux with the transaction history (Double Purchase means: same item, same color)

– We do not offer custom works.
