Before submitting your form, we kindly ask you to read our Store Policy:
-Duplicate items can be refunded. Please include the transaction history.
-Items are NO TRANSFER. You can purchase an item as gift through the vendors script (left click on the vendor and select the gift option). You can also decide to purchase a gift card and give it to the person you want. Gift cards are available in every department of Miamai Mainstore. Another option is to buy as gift from the Marketplace (link is in the top menu)
-For any items purchased that were not delivered, please include the transaction history.
– Double Purchase can be refunded. Please include the transaction history (Double Purchase means: same item, same color)
– We do not offer custom works.
