At last at last…. I have been given the wonderful and pleasurable right of allowing myself to bring to you, in this section, all my favourite Miamai outfits. Now those who have followed my ramblings from previous blogs will be in no doubt that I have adored Miamai for some time, so to be given “free reign” over this Highlight Showcase section of the blog is THE best thing to happen to me for along time. Now not only will I be giving my opinions and comments on outfits but I will also be inviting other renowned and infamous bloggers, SL Personality’s and maybe even lucky group members to share their favourite outfits with you too! So get ready my friends, the party is about to begin 
Well I had spent about an hour sitting at RL work today thinking about which outfit should be given the special privilige of becoming the debut showcase ensemble, when it suddenly came to me like a bolt out of the blue. “Emmy” I thought, “why not choose the outfit that made you tingle when you first wore it?” And without even thinking I saw this outfit flash into my mind. So here we have it people, may I present to you Showcase #1 ….. the MIAMAI Light Jacket and Yelena Skirt. *listens for the applause*
Okay, some people may be a little shocked at my choice as it is not one of Ms Outlander’s Formal or Avant Guarde creations, which she has become famous for, but this outfit is extremely important to me for one reason …….. it was the first of Miamai’s CITY range that made me shout “F*&k Me” in RL when it rezzed! Yes a little over-dramatic I know but there was something about this jacket and skirt combination that gave oppositional chills and tingles.
At the time Ms Outlander had released only a few jackets, so the styling and structure of this “Light” Jacket showed to me how talented this lady really was. I was amazed at how the folds and creases on the jacket were so life like -and the fact that ALL the textures were drawn by her own hand (and still are), just added to my admiration.
The final “cherry on the cake” was, however, the way the simple high waisted short “Yelena” skirt seemed to join seamlessly with the jacket. Yes they are seperates, and intitally not meant to be worn together, but how could this not be a pairing made in heaven?? It felt like a sexy mix of Ying and Yang … and gawd darn it…. I felt smexy in it. I really did lol. Anddddd….. I still wear the combo even today! So those of you out there who do not believe SL clothes can make the RL person feel good…. think again my friends as you obviously have not found “the one”
Now luckily for you these items are still available in-store, so if you want to try out my emotional outfit then come on by – and see if Miamai can make more people tingle
