1. Store Policy

-Duplicate items can be refunded. Send a notecard of the transaction history with your name to Mavi Beck.

-Items are NO TRANSFER. You can purchase an item as gift through the vendors script (left click on the vendor and select “Gift”), or you can purchase and gift a gift card. You can also choose to purchase a gift through XstreetSL.

-For any items purchased that were not delivered, please send a NOTECARD to Mavi Beck with the transaction history information included.

- Double Purchase can be refunded. Send a Notecard to Mavi Beck with the transaction history (Double Purchase means: same item, same color)

- We do not offer custom works.
